The primary goal of this plan is to burn unnecessary fat and improve overall endurance. This plan is based off my personal workout routine. Basically this is the blue print I personally use as an integral part to my workout routine. Because we are all different and unique, final result may differ from one person to the other.

This guide is made up of 8 sessions spread over 4 weeks. Because this cardio routine is pretty intense, 2 sessions per week is enough.

It can perfectly be an integral part of your workout routine if you do it twice a week and your usual training. Personally, I do 2 sessions of this cardio and 3 to 4 sessions of my body weight training guide, which is coming out soon.


Details:

  • You will need access to a gym with a rowing machine and treadmill.
  • Difficulty level 6 to 10
  • 2 sessions per week
  • 4 week cardio plan
  • each session last from 40 to 60 minutes
  • This guide can be reused for as long as needed
